Guest Posted April 9, 2011 Share Posted April 9, 2011 basic customer information is required by your payment processor(s) including but not limited to a complete address. Therefore, the information is required during the account creation process. If ALL of your products are virtual, ensure that NO shipping modules are enabled and the customer will not be presented the shipping screen during checkout.
