OSC Affilaite Templte Site

OK so i would imagine this has already been done:

 

Change Logo, colors, and text of the OSC cart all based on a affliate_id # being passed from an outside site. One cart w/ 1000 looks? Anyone seen this done yet?

Although there is an affiliate contribution for osCommerce, it is banner based and only pays affiliates for banners clicked on the affiliates site where a sale is completed. What you are looking for, has not been done to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks Chris, i think i will take a stab at it. I believe i can use the variables that the affiliate contribution has in it. Add a couple tables to the database, and see if i can get it to work.

 

I think is a valuable add-on, i have built items like this using CF but this will be my first PHP adventure of this nature. I'll keep ya posted.

That's a good idea Nick, I looked at it but then looked at the last release date......2003 is pretty old. Maybe someone should revive that contribution ?!!

Its fairly easy to "whip-up" a mod that enables logo, stylesheet ++ to be changed based on affiliate-id, if and when time allows i might make a new add-on for just that.
