lorene
I searched around and I can't find any good solution for this. I am setting up a wholesale site to sell shirts. How would I set it up so that someone can order different sizes of the same shirt? For example, they want 5 smalls, 6 mediums, and 2 larges of the same shirt. thanks Lorene
Guest
Hi, First you would need to setup size attributes for each shirt. I think it would be hard to setup attributes so people could buy one shirt, two shirts etc. You might have listings under your wholesale section that says: Small Medium Large Then just setup the size attributes. Hope this helps a little.
lorene
That does functionally work, but I don't want someone to have to have to go back to the product to order each size separately. It should be nice & clean with all ordering for 1 type of product done on a single page. So basically it would be like submitting 3 different items at once. Guest
Hi, I understand and there may be a contribution that will do this. I know Linda McGrath wrote one for attributes called option type feature I think.
Jason Jacobs
I am going to be doing this as well. I haven't figured out how, but I'm going to spit out the sizes in a list instead of dropdown, and there will be a text field next to it to indicate how many numbers. If this is the same thing, we should cohort and figure out a solution. :) -j
lorene
Yeah that might work. Then you would need to add up all those text entered numbers to get the total number of products needs, which should not be difficult. I gotta see about that when I get home from work.
