ArthurEiss
Greetings, In testing the contact_us email system, the system confirms that the email was sent, but I never receive the email. I also tested the account setup and product order email, and I'm not receiving those either. The store is at www.surigaobazaar.com ... any input would be welcome, as I've been tinkering with it. Note: the store is not live, you can purchase the test_product_1 with cash on delivery if you want to test the system, but don't expect me to deliver any products! :) Thanks. web-project
Update: I've now also switched from send email option to stmp email with the same problem. I've also tried sending email through the admin panel, same problem. you will need to update the standard oscommerce tep_mail function to proper mail() php function, this way you will fix the issue with emails. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
ArthurEiss
Sounds great. Can you put that in laymen's terms? Do you mean that I need to go through all the code and replace tep_mail with mail() or install an add-on? Or exactly how is this done?
