Finnish UTF-8 v2.3.1

Hello all.

 

I added Finnish language packs for version 2.3.1. Neither of packs are complete translation. Catalog is missing payment part translations and also parts of Admin pack seems to still show English. Unfortunately I don't have time to improve or fix these packages so they come as is and feel free to improve them. I didn't start completely from nothing, I used Finnish translations for version 2.2 as a base so thank you for everyone who have contributed to them. And thanks for whole osCommerce community for such a great work.

PS. If someone can move that catalog pack from Credit Modules to Languages that would be greatly appreciated

Nice. Not being aware of your work I did the same using the swedish translation of 2.3.1 and finnish 2.2.-utf files as a base. The package is still untested but if it proves to be working I might upload it also. I see no point in translating the error messages related to server problems, though.
