braveand Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 Hi, everytime a client place an order I don't know what to send to the customer because the order is not registered in the back admin and I didn't receive any email with the order resume. I had another OSc 2.2 in the past and I don't remember this type of problem. Any suggestion? I tried to found a solution browsing the forum but with no luck. Thanks in Advance. Is you orders table in your database empty? Are you getting any error messages when you place a test order? dyelotyarn Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 I'm having the same sort of problem - I'm using 2.3.1, and it happens when I use COD, moneyorder, and payment on account (I tried using paypal to checkout and got an error). I don't know if my orders table is empty in my database, but when I search for a specific order number (I do get order email notifications) I am able to access the order - but only if I know the order number and search for it. I don't get any errors when I place a test order (except the paypal error). Also, there are no orders listed on the admin dashboard. Any help would be GREAT!
