Guest
hello, if you can help or advise me that would be appreciated. I am get an oscommerce website created and I have asked my developer to change the look of the "add to cart" button. At the moment the button look like which i presume it the defualt style of the button. But i would like it change to The issue I am having is my developer is saying it is too hard to change. Here is the exact quote from the developer "because add to cart, back, next and review buttons are interconnected to each other (By default features in os-commerce.) That’s why add to cart button cannot be change." Is this true? Should I believe the developer? Is it really so hard to change? Thanks

Thanks Hi, If that was true, we would all have the same buttons, what version of os are you using?

Guest
I think buttons on v2.3 are css style by default (someone may correct me), if your designer can not change the buttons then you need a new designer or you will have to just accept what they can do. to say they can not be changed is just wrong. burt
Suggest you need a better informed developer lol. The buttons can be changed easily by .css. Or you can revert some or all of your buttons to the older image style button.
Guest
For some reason, I don't seem to be able to change my buttons to the ones I've designed. I managed to add a "back" button by drawing it or using the image (old style) but not my design. I changed the code on product_info.php and uploaded my gif to "images." Should it be elsewhere? THANKS! PS I do know of ThemeRoller, but I'd like to use the buttons I've made myself.
