Hi again,

Seem to being kept busy today.

My web-site has been fully updated and had been busy putting various secure pass-words on files and directories with my C-Panel, only to find when I tried to access my admin-login, I was locked out with an error page 404.

I hadn't changed the Admin file name yet?

Anyone can help please?

Thank you

Brigitte,

Check the admin folder permissions to ensure they are set at 705 or 755. Further, ensure you have the path correct to the admin area.

This is waht i see on the PC screen when I try to enter my admin page:

Not Found

The requested URL /catalogue/admin/login.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Brigitte,

By default, the admin URL would be something like this: www.yourdomain.com/catalog/admin/ (you have catalog as catalogue)

I am just guessing here because I can't see your site.

Unfortunately Brigitte, I have no further suggestions for you. You may want to seek out paid help in resolving your problem. But, without seeing the site from FTP or cPanel, any other suggestions would be speculative.
