I download version 2.2 and OCS Guide at http://guide.oscdox.com/. Things are going great. I set up a username and password and database in MySQL. At least I think I did, this stuff is greek to me and my database has a name and that's it. Step 3 of the install.php asks for: "Database Server The database server can be in the form of a hostname, such as db1.myserver.com, or as an IP address, such as 192.168.0.1." What in heck is this?? entering db1.myhost.com, or www.myhost.com doesn't work. Can somone sort this out for me? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
