Robert420
So my web developer is no longer in business and I am left to "repair" and add somethings that are not currently on my site. Currently, when purchasing an item. The following is shown: Credit Card Name Credit Card Number Credit Card Expiration However, I would like to add the security code entry or CCV as most people call it. But it seems I do not see a section for this on the oscommerce. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Guest
Robert, Your developer should have told you that unless your website is PCI DSS compliant, you are not suppose to accept credit cards directly on your website. So, I am hoping that you are using a third party processor for those credit card transactions so you can avoid the legal mess associated with storing such information without compliance. Chris Chris, Yes, you are correct. I am using a 3rd party to process the orders.
Guest
Robert, If you are using a 3rd party processor, then you will need to download their latest API for osCommerce to allow the CVV feature OR enable it in admin. It may already be there, just not enabled. Chris
