error in modules.php

I just loaded vs 2.3.1 and when I select payment in the modules in the admin backend, I get this message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ECHO in /home/mydomain/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 162

This is line 158 through 162:

$keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['title'] = $key_value['configuration_title'];

$keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['value'] = $key_value['configuration_value'];

$keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['description'] = $key_value['configuration_description'];

$keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['use_function'] = $key_value['use_function'];

$keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['set_function'] = $key_valu echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_MODULES, 'set=' . $set . (isset($HTTP_GET_VARS['list']) ? '&list=new' : '') . '&module=' . $class) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'icon_info.gif', IMAGE_ICON_INFO) . '</a>'; } ?> </td>

Now I notice that there is an e missing on $key_valu, but when I correct that it doesn't resolve my issue. I didn't change this file - I just loaded the files from the catalog onto my website, and this is the error I get. Can someone tell me what this line should be?

Thanks for the help.

Lines 158-162:

          $keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['title'] = $key_value['configuration_title'];
         $keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['value'] = $key_value['configuration_value'];
         $keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['description'] = $key_value['configuration_description'];
         $keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['use_function'] = $key_value['use_function'];
         $keys_extra[$module_keys[$j]]['set_function'] = $key_value['set_function'];

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
