problem with order <- modules <- php_self

i think i have problem with modules on my admin site. i have no table but only url to

my modules directory:

 

Module Directory: http://localhost/sklep/catalog/includes/mo...odules/payment/

 

why is it so? is it common problem?

i think that's why my order is not working. everything's fine, but on the end no

orders are made - amount of products are reduduces, and there is customer who order

the most, but there are no shopping in shopping history and no orders made by this

customer on admin site.

 

i have also problem with $PHP_SELF, because it is showing me no url. should i

configure php.ini in some way? i use xitami, winmysqladmin.

 

please help
