If I had to plug in a number then I could see it. But I am just thinking the number and clicking the mouse. The math might be there ... but how does it know which one I chose? Guest Posted March 8, 2003 Share Posted March 8, 2003 This is just repeating really what the_bear has said, but hopefully it will make things as clear as possible. Basically, whatever numbers you add up, you will always end up with a small selection of answers, just a handfull of numbers. For example for the math if you use any number between 90-99 will always come up with the number 81, if you use any numbers between 80-89 the answer will always be 72, the rest are below. 90-99 =81 80-89 =72 70-79 =63 60-69 =54 50-59= 45 40-49= 36 30-39 =27 20-29= 18 10-19 =9 Now look at the numbers above on the game board they are all the same, so whatever numbers you pick the answer will be one of the above, and the symbol is always the same, when you play the game again, it just lists the symbols in a different order. So it looks like you changed your ideas again, but in reality its just randomly selecting a new set of symbols. Simple, just pick one of the numbers not above,25 for example, and the magic ball will be wrong. Its all simple maths ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
