Guest
I installed the cart using OSCdoxGuide. The product pages, and cart seem to work fine, but trying to checkout or do any work with a account gets me either a page not found error or a blank page. I'd appreciate some advice. Thanks Mantas
toolcrazy
Double check that you have uploaded all files you need to run the shop. Sound like some files were missed. Steve -------------------------
Guest
I did that and even uploaded the individual files (that I think are involved) again. When I open the directory (catalog) in my browser I can access all the pages I need, such as login.php and create_account.php. Is there something with the sessions I have to do? toolcrazy
Did you by chance enable SSL when you did the install? If so, disable it. Steve -------------------------
toolcrazy
In fact, I know that is what you did. Becuase the list of file you have is what is effected by SSL. Steve -------------------------
Guest
When I go into the admin area I have the following :"You are not protected by a secure SSL connection" That indicates that SSL is not enabled, correct?
toolcrazy
No, in order for that to work. The admin dir has to be in a SSL dir. Steve -------------------------
