I've got an active osc store and i've logged into the admin this morning to view any orders. unfortunately i get this message: Error! Unable to determine the page link! Function used: tep_href_link('', 'selected_box=affiliate', 'NONSSL') anyone know where i can locate the error and what to do? thanks in advance!

The first parameter for tep_href_link() requires a filename .. if it is null ( as it is in your example ) then you will receive the error you get.
