Chemo Banned?

Recently I noticed that Chemo (a member whose contribs I use) is in group: Banned.

 

Does that mean his contribs are unsafe to use?

 

I am referring to the Page Cache Contrib mainly.

Chemo aka Bobby Easland's contributions are old but usable. He was banned from this Forum, that does not mean his contributions are unsafe.

 

Sadly, Bobby passed away earlier this year.
