Choosing a different theme?

How would I install a different jquery ui theme in an oscommerce 2.3 website?

 

i.e: I think it comes Redmond by default, but if I wanted to go with 'Le Frog' what would I do?

I might have phrased my question poorly.

 

Do I just drop the contents of that zip into the catalog?

 

Where do I specify which theme to use?

The template is hard-coded into the path in catalog/includes/template_top.php. Do a search for Redmond and you'll see it. Just change that to the name of your new template.
