ivan_ivanov Posted November 5, 2010 Posted November 5, 2010 I would appreciate your suggestions on the following issue. Recently, we started having the following problem occasionally. A customer would get to the confirm order screen, and once he clicks on the confirm button an error message is displayed saying "NULL status", and he cannot proceed with his order. At the same time he would get a charge on his bank account. After going through the code I noticed that "NULL status" appears if the status returned from TrustCommerce is empty. We are using the cURL option to process our transactions. Quote
