Help Needed Bad Real Bad

My website is my sole source of income.

I am just getting by financially, from my website.

 

I had some modifications done by a company that I have work on stuff I cant do myself recently and I thought everything was ok, until today.

 

When you goto checkout Using the authorize.net AIM module, you put the CC info in and hit confirm, it no longer takes you to the success page.

It just stays on checkout_process with a blank white page. The credit card does get charged but I dont get the order in my list of orders and I dont get the email that has the order info. I just get the credit card receipt. I need help bad!!!!

 

I am almost in tears because this barely supports my family and the company ( 1 guy with a couple techs) does not communicate by phone only email and he does not seam to want to help. I have alot of stuff I am going to post about them after I change all my passwords and make sure they have no more access to my server and website.
