Bug in Order lines.... Can't find this anywhere...

I have looked for this bug everywhere but it seems to be unique to me and only me as far as Google can show... Every now and then, old orders in OSC seem to drop order lines from the orders_products table. It seems to happen when new orders are created OR when orders are imported into QB using QB's web connect.

 

I don't think that the web connect can be the culprit since the most touching of the table it does is a select to build an XML file to import and then it updates the orders_status field in the orders table. And I can't think of any real reason why adding new orders ought to do it... Right now, I suspect that perhaps MySQL might be having a problem with updating its index when new orders are created and therefore perhaps dropping orders_products records for some reason but I have also never heard of that happening with MySQL.

 

I have combed through the code in OSC multiple times and the only way I can see orders_products records being deleted is if a person opens the order edit page and deletes them that way... I am at a loss for this at the moment. Does anyone have any leads for me to look at - even clutching at straws will work for me at this point...
