Checkout Shipping & Checkout Payment file changes

I have two pages that require a few revisions. I can’t find the file to make these changes.

 

1) I need to add/change some wording on this “delivery information” page. I want to change the words that show under the section called “shipping method”. I want to change the words “table rate” and “best way”. I have gone to Tools > File Manager > ????.

Please tell how to find this file so I can make changes.
