Coverting an info box to a list

Hi there,

 

I'm new to this and having a few final teething issues. I want to style my 2 of my info boxes with the same styling as I've used with ul_categories. When I look at my source code I can see they are tables (information and shop by price).

 

I've looked at all of the associated files and tried making what I can see are logical changes but I'm not clued up in php and am going around in circles..

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can see I can switch a drop down menu on shop by price but I want it to match my categories list.
