remove last name from product reviews?

How do I go about removing the last name from product reviews? I'm thinking customers won't want their first and last names plastered across the Internet. Ideally it would have first name and last initial, but I would settle for first name only if last initial is too complicated.

Chris, I did an forum search but came up with 2 pages of unrelated topics and an hour of wasted time picking through those topics, which is why I posted my question. Thank you for the link.
