Some customers receive blank body email

Every few days a customer using comcast.com for email, places an order and gets an email that is blank, same issue for same type customers using "forgot password", they receive the email but the body is blank. I have tried to send email to these same people from the admin area and the same problem.

It only effects comcast users that we are aware of.

I have tested it with other email accounts and everything is fine.

Anyone experience this and found out what it is?

Hi Jeff

could it be something to do with the Spam settings at comcast? I notice that Hot Mail accounts do a similar thing.

Do you have an catch all mail that might have returned headers with errros?

Hi Nic,

I was thinking the same thing, that it might be a spam setting at comcast.

Funny though, we get a copy of the order sent, so when a customer says they got a blank email, we email them the copy we received and they get that. Why do they get that email and not one sent from the server?

On the question of returned headers, none returned due to errors, but here is the header from the "admin email order copy" we receive:

I wonder if this line is causing an issue:
