Shopping Cart box to remain "unmovable" whilst scrolling up/down the page

Hi,

 

Does anybody know how to make a box stay in it's place, whilst scrolling up/down?

 

Please have a look at the shopping cart box on the following template to see what I mean: http://osc4.template...31060/index.php.

 

I've tried using frames/iframes, but no luck so far and also tried setting the box to it's position being either absolute or static; but always no luck. Does anyone have the proper code for this?

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
