New osc template (Very weird)

Hi everybody.

everytime i install a (free) oscommerce template i get not the disign i would.

I will give you a examplez

i want make this

Maby i do something stupid but i only upload and install

I get the same whit every template

Your problem is that the bulleted list at upper right ("Specials"...) has a lot of extra space, and that's forcing the table cell to be much taller than the logo image at left. The same thing is happening with "Browse by Categories". Perhaps you are not processing the CSS file that you are supposed to be using? View > Page source and look to see if those two bulleted lists (<ul>) specify a class="classname" or an id="identifier". Look for one or more <link> tags in the <head> section of the page, specifying one or more .css files. Are you able to display the contents of those files in your browser? (http://www.storename.com/some_path/filename.css) If they are missing, or in the wrong place, or have unreadable permissions, you won't get CSS styling on your page, which is probably what happened. Within one of those files is probably a class (.classname) or id (#identifier) selector with formatting properties to make the bulleted lists look like you want. If it can't be read, you get default formatting for a bulleted list.
