customer password reset error

Hi

just got my store www.legendfishing.co.uk up and running but when I tested out the customer "forgotten password" setting a new password was forwarded to the customer but when you try to login using the new password that wont work and neither will the old one.

Any help please.

Ok just re installed os and its working fine!
