Will I do it in OsCommerce, or shell i go for something more "up to date" system? Why aren´t any guys wanna work with a newer OsC? I really like OsCommerce and it is great and with all the contributions that excist. I think OsCommerce will die..sooner or later.. What do u think?

With your attitude, I would say go somewhere else. If you really used oscommerce for all these years, you would know how diligent the support form is working on keeping this cart active.
