Implementing a form - help please!

Hi

 

We are trying to implement a form into our product descriptions so when customers go to purchase a product, they first fill in some required info. E.g. if you were getting a t-shirt with printed letters on it, you would choose the text you wanted by typing into a text box before you purchase the t-shirt. This is the kind of thing we are aiming for..

 

Is there any way we can do this using osCommerce, be it via an add-on or by using what capabilities are built in already?

 

I do have a button in my product description editor called 'Form Editor'. I can insert fields for people to fill in plus a submit button but this information doesn't submit to anywhere, i.e. it just goes to nowhere! :blink:

 

Any help/pointers greatly appreciated :)

this is done using the attributes system, modified using something called "option types" (search the addons area).
