popstar Posted March 6, 2003 Share Posted March 6, 2003 today we moved our catalog install to the root directory of the server. All appears to be working fine. However we realized after some orders had been placed that we forgot to change the admin config to the new location of the catalog. These orders appear in the left hand side of the admin front page (testing it out with a few new fake orders increases the number of pending orders), however when you click the pending orders to get to the report no orders are there! They are showing up in the database, but not on the order report screens. I'm baffled, please help :) Ken Good things happen to good people! popstar Posted March 6, 2003 Author Share Posted March 6, 2003 well, I never did *officially* fix this, but it is working now. I had fortunately backed up my database yesterday, so I restored yesterday's backup and it works ok now (sure I lost 10 customer signups, but oh well....they didn't order anything). Anyway, still not sure why the database freaked out, but that was most certainly where the problem was. Good luck. Good things happen to good people!
