YaYas_Mom Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 I tried the addon to reset it, but it told me it didnt work because I have an htaccess file. I tried using php admin to delete the contents of the administrators database, but I don't have one. I can see the database _shop in phpadmin but there is no administrator table. In mysql I get: MySQL database management Host Name mysql8.websitesource.net (216.177.143.253) Port number 3306 Database name jennife_shop (Locked By osCommerce) phpMyAdmin Built in phpMyAdmin control panel you will need a properly configured dba user to log in (just add user with dba role if you don't have one) Quota Used 0.0 MB out of 400 MB Database users jennife_herb jennife_jennifer jennife_rick (Locked By osCommerce)

Im not 100% sure - we made the shop inactive about a year ago and have just now decided to reactivate. Is there a way to tell from my site, or my php admin or anything? I want to say maybe 2.0, I opened the site in 2007 if that helps.
