Maximum delivery weight not working

Hi,

 

I'm trying to get the delivery rates sorted on a shop.

I'm using Store Pickup.

I'm using the table rate so something under 5kg is 5chf, something upto 20kg is 10cfh to deliver.

I'm also using order total so anything over 500cfh is free delivery.

 

I have set a maximum delivery weight in configuration - shipping/packaging of 20kg.

 

I've gone to do a test purchase of a bike with the weight of 25kg costing 8000cfh but the user only gets shown...

"Free Shipping - Free shipping for orders over 500.00CHF"

 

What should show is store pickup only as the weight is over the delivery max.

 

Any help would be amazing. Hoping to get the site live today... just this holding me back.
