problem with ultimate seo urls

I am new at the whole codeing thing but i did everything that the install said to but I got a 500 error i am a little confused with this part

what an i suppose to replace where it says YOU HAVE TO CHANGE ME. and do I leave everything that it says in it and add it to .htaccess

Like it says change the text you have to change me using the the examples above and your shop url to decide what to change it to.

and i was getting errors my page wouldn't display i was getting an error 500 is this right or did i do something wrong in the codeing

Okay i got it to where i can put in the product url in the admin side but i still get a 404 error can someone help please i have been trying to get this going for a week or so now and cant et it to work
