distill2purify Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Hello, ok i was thrown into my companies website that i have never worked on before, i was given all admin rights etc... we deal with electronic parts and i am to post all of our parts onto the site for sale... at the top of the actuall webpage we have several tabs that lead to to different pages on the site. For example |Home|Parts|Products|Contact Us|About Us|. through the osc i can edit almost every part of these tabs except for the "Parts" tab. I have searched endlessly in "categories / Products" part of OSC. No where in there does it show the "Parts". Can someone help me locate this tab in OSC so i can edit it? Is it possible that this tab is ran off the server side. like a active server command or something? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
multimixer Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 I guess that the "tabs" you are talking about, are links in the website header. In this case, the "parts" link is nothing else than a simple link to somewhere, like the other "tabs" too, contact us, is a link to the page contact_us.php (r maybe some other contact us form you have) If the site is an osCommerce site, then first place I would look is the fle catalog/includes/header.php. In any case it would be helpful to have the url to see My community profile | Template system for osCommerce - New: Responsive | Feedback channel

In the mean while i'll check on that to see if its located at catalog/includes/header.php
