But recently I have noticed that the shipping that is charged to the customer is lower than the actual charge from USPS. I am using MVS and have added all the updates. My product weights are correct but OSC is usually off by $3.00 or more! Any ideas? Thanks, Matt Quote

Thanks, Matt hi Matt Do some trial runs from your account and check whether the same quotes are being returned by the code. USPS is generally very transparent :).
