Product description page

Hi im wondering if anyone can help me... Please see the screen shot, im trying to fix the big dark bar that is across the page, as well as the product description over lapping the product options...

 

 

Ive been through the code and tried to pin point it but really cant find it anywhere, nor can I find that color in the stylesheet.
