Web-Dummy needs help setting up Downloadable products in OSCommerce

Hi there, I am trying to use OSCommerce to sell some tracks from a CD I am making. I want to create downloadable files that give the buyer a link after paying with paypal.

I know it's possible but I have no clue what I'm doing and have been trying for hours to figure out how to make a single product. If you could walk me through what to do step by step, for a person who has never designed a website in his life, that would be SO great. Also, once I've got the products created, I wanted to see how I might go about embedding the products/cart onto an existing page in my website, if that's possible! Thanks again!
