manual order entry and invoice

Hi All

Can anyone show me a good contribution to allow me to generate an invoice for a customer who has ordered items over the phone and then send them a link to the website to go and pay on there.

I have lots of customers ring up who have seen my ebay listings but want other items. At present I just send them a paypal invoice but I would like to be able to generate that invoice on the website and tell them to go to their invoice and pay for it in the usual checkout procedure on the site. Hopefully they will see some other items on the site and purchase those too B)
