john12144 Posted October 19, 2010 Posted October 19, 2010 I'm using QTPro and product attributes to keep track of inventory on different sizes of shirts in our store. If someone adds a shirt to their shopping cart, and then changes the quantity IN the cart (changing the # and hitting update) it *DOESNT* check to make sure there are enough in stock. For example, we have 2 small and 2 medium of a specific shirt. It wont let us change the quantity to 5, but it will let us change it to 4. I think it's not checking the specific product attribute (or else it would only let us 2) but only checking the overall quantity. Anyone know how to fix this?

Mailware Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 Have you looked into the QT Pro and Product Attributes Sort Order? If you go to the osCommerce community contributions webpage, it will show you how this module is a solution to set quantity for the same products with different colors and sizes. I hope this gives you some insight into your dilemma. Best of luck. Mailware - Multi Channel Manager
