sphinx797 Posted October 18, 2010 Posted October 18, 2010 Hey everyone, I'm hoping there's a osCommerce expert out there who can help me find what I'm looking for or recommend a great contribution to me regarding this. Here's what I'm having problems with: The store I'm building has only products with attributes... Each product has about 4 different sizes with the prices being scaled up with the larger the size. The pricing for each product bases everything off the initial base price of the lowest size and then adds (+$5.00) (+$10.00) etc. for the highest. What I need it to do is display the full price per each size. The last thing I want is customers doing math and debating on buying the bigger sizes. My other problem is the sales/specials/promotions. When I put a product on sale, say 10%, it only deducts the price from the initial base price and not at the end after they've decided which size they want. So that initial price of 13.99 gets the 10% off and not the (+10.00) total. I need it to only show a percentage of discount or have each individual price be discounted on the attributes. There's so many contributions out there I'm not sure what to get, if there is one that solves both my problems I would be incredibly grateful. Thanks for the help and here is the site I'm building: http://www.candressers.com/ I was thinking of installing the Actual Attribute contribution but wasn't sure If I could combine that with another specials contribution since all of my products have attributes.
sphinx797 Posted October 19, 2010 Author Posted October 19, 2010 Anyone else have a similar store? The main issue I'm having is the specials price of a product is only being calculated on the base price and not including the attribute extra price into it. I've been searching for a contribution to do this but none of these are really set up to handle an increasing attribute pricing system.
