Small fix to alert customers when item Dispatched

I have a website running on oscommerce (www dot mrtoybox dot co dot uk). We sell quality items.

 

Just a niggle on the order confirmation screen I would like to fix myself if possible.

 

When a customer orders and I confirm it in the admin/orders.php screen you have 3 options to set the order as Processing, Pending or Delivered. I would like to either change the Delivered to Dispatched or add a fourth option.

Trouble is I cannot find the file where this information is stored. I have Filezilla so can easily edit things just need a pointer to where it may be or how to do a search.

You can add as many order statuses as you like (and change the names of the existing ofcourse) under admin>localization>order status in your osCommerce administration panel
