myebooksbuddy Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 I upgraded to v2.2RC2 recently. I see some visitors and my admin also shows purchases but I am neither notified nor my account at Paypal shows any money receipts. I am a non- techie. Can somebody diagnose the problem and sort this out ?

Guest Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Ashok, Ensure you have your PayPal account set up properly, Ensure you have your configure.php files configured properly. If you are using PayPal Standard you may encounter 'dropped' orders where the customer closes the browser or leaves the website without completing the purchase and although an order is recorded in the admin area, there is no payment received in PayPal. myebooksbuddy Posted October 17, 2010 Author Posted October 17, 2010 Hi Geoff, Hi Chris, Actually I told somebody to do purchase for me because I could not do purchase using my Paypal account. I tried to use sandbag but was not successful either. Hence I told somebody to do purchase and it was successful. But now checking after about a couple of weeks, I see 18 purchases but there is no credit in my paypal account for a single transaction. Ashok
