astecme Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 I have a problem in that some customers seem to have avoided inputting a shipping address. When the order has a blank shipping address then no VAT is applied - I guess as there is noe country or zone to look up. Anyone seen this? Anyone suggest a fix? Thanks Allan
