can't access div classses in stylesheet

I'm calling my classes in stylesheet using div tags but it seems it is not reading the images from it . Please somebody help me.

Can you give an example of HTML code and CSS code? If these are background images, keep in mind that relative URLs are relative to the CSS file, not to the PHP page.
