Integrating Option Images and STS

Im trying to get the Option Images addon to work with STS4. Where should I start I currently have the plugin working if I disable STS but the template im using is an STS Template. How can i make STS capture the content being generated by the plugin?

Do you use a CONTENT template for product info pages, or not? (includes/sts_templates/templatefolder/content/product_info.php.html)
