orders not showing up in admin

Hi,

 

I have a problem that the orders are not showing in the admin UI.

 

I have read some other posts about ORDER_TOTAL not being correctly installed. Well, I have the order_Total files under the includes folder but the Admin/Modules section shows only the payment module.

 

Could you help me in configuring it so that the orders would show up in admin?

they are in the SQL database...

When a customer places an order, do you get the confirmation email, but no record is to be found, or do you not recieve an email either?

yes, the email is sent, and it is in the mysql also...so is in the reporting tool

The customer may not be returning from your payment provider to your payment success page. Paypal is a common offender.

We are not using any payment providers... :(

Just using the script installed as is by the hosting provider (AutoInstall)

 

what should I check?
