Can you HELP

I have my cart fully set up and I started to receive orders I use paypal as the payment gateway the problem I have is ALL orders when recevied are sent directly to the delivered box in the OS commerce back end I would of thought it would go into PENDING file first and then I would process it and finally add it to the delivered folder once I had finished with the order.

 

Is there an easy way to make all orders go into the Pending folder ?? or does it require a lot of coding

You can set the status of the orders as you like, for example for new paypal orders to set "pending" and after you send them, you change the status t "sent" or whatever

 

This you do in your admin panel

1) admin>localization>order status to create as many statuses as you like

2) admin>mudules>payment> your paypal module, to choose what status orders should get

3) admin>customers>orders, press "edit" and change the status manually to whatever you like
