configuring emails

Hi,

 

We are very new to this and have managed to get the site up :rolleyes:

 

We need to configure emails so that we can get into the knowledge base (dashboard?). We are being told to contact our administrators but....i suppose we are the administrators?????

 

Please help. :'(

 

Also what design packages do you suggest to be the better ones to use? :(

 

And where do you find the conditions of use and privacy notice etc.....we can't locate them in the back pages of our shop. :blink:
