How to transfer money to bank account

Hi. I am using a Visadebit card for my PayPal. The problem is, there is a charge every time I transfer money to my bank account. Is there a way to add my card as bank account to avoid the charge? Thank you in advance for your replies.

Sometimes banks tag on fees and then they drop off your account after several business days.
