delete admin/define_language.php for security?

states that we should delete the file delete admin/define_language.php and the associated link for security. I'm wondering if it means to simply delete the link to the file manager page on the define_language.php page or does it mean to delete this entire file?

You delete the entire file. Hackers know it is there. Do you think they will go to your amin/index.php page to get there? I don't think so.
